At PluriBrands, we work every day to offer you the best price. That is how our cycle works: the more you buy from us, the better we negotiate, and the lower the price we can offer you. We are so confident in this principle that, if you find the same item at a lower price, we will match it.
1. How it works
If you find an identical, in-stock item at a lower price at a competing retailer that delivers to your country, we will match that price. You can request a price match in two ways:
- Before purchasing — we will apply the matched price to your order.
- Up to 14 days after purchase — we will refund the difference using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
2. What we consider an identical item
To be eligible for a price match, the competitor's item must be exactly the same as ours:
- Same brand, model, and reference (EAN / GTIN);
- Same variant — color, size, weight, or quantity;
- Same condition — new product, unused, and not refurbished;
- Available in stock at the competitor at the time of the request.
3. How we compare prices
We match the product price. We compare the item value, including the VAT of the delivery country, in the same currency.
The competitor must deliver to your country. We only consider offers from retailers that ship to the same market where your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated separately. The price match applies to the product price; our standard shipping rates continue to apply.
4. Proof of price
To validate your request, we require proof of the lower price. We accept:
- The link (URL) to the product page on the competitor's official website; and
- A screenshot with a visible date, or other equivalent confirmation.
The price must be active and valid at the time of verification.
5. Refund
When a price match is requested after purchase, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the matched price, using the same payment method used for your order. The refund is processed after the request has been validated.
6. Exclusions
We do not match prices involving:
- Marketplaces and third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Temu, AliExpress, Allegro, Bol), auctions, resale sites, and price aggregators (e.g., Idealo, Google Shopping);
- Clearance, liquidation, outlet, discontinued items, or below-cost pricing;
- Time-limited promotions and special events (e.g., flash sales);
- "Buy one get one" offers, bundles, cashback, and rebate offers;
- Member-exclusive or subscription-based pricing;
- Business or wholesale pricing;
- Obvious pricing errors.
7. General terms
The price match applies to quantities for personal use and is subject to verification. PluriBrands reserves the right to refuse requests in case of suspected fraud or abuse, and to modify or suspend this guarantee at any time, without affecting already validated requests. This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
