1. Commitment to Accessibility
PluriBrands is committed to ensuring that its digital Platform is accessible to all users, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. This commitment reflects not only compliance with the legal obligations established by Decree-Law No. 83/2018 (transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on web accessibility) but also the values of inclusion and democratization of access that are core to PluriBrands' mission.
2. Compliance Level
The PluriBrands Platform aims to meet, at a minimum, Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Accessibility audits are periodically conducted by independent external entities.
Specific areas of compliance include:
- Compatibility with assistive technologies (screen readers, alternative input devices);
- Appropriate color contrast for users with color blindness;
- Full keyboard navigation;
- Text alternatives for visual content;
- Captioning for audiovisual content.
3. Reporting Process for Accessibility Barriers
Should the User encounter accessibility barriers on the Platform, they may contact info@pluribrands.com, describing the limitation, the affected content or functionality, and the type of assistive technology used. PluriBrands commits to analyzing and responding to each report within 20 business days.
In the event of an unsatisfactory response or lack of response, the User may file a complaint with the Government Computer Network Management Center (AGER) via the form available at www.acessibilidade.gov.pt.
