2. Activity and Regulatory Supervision
MultiGoods Unipessoal, Lda. carries out electronic commerce of consumer products under Decree-Law No. 7/2004, of January 7 (Electronic Commerce Law), and other applicable legislation for digital trade and consumer protection within the European Economic Area (EEA). The company is registered with the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority and complies with all reporting and declaration obligations under applicable tax law.
Supervision of the company's activities regarding consumer protection falls under the Directorate-General for the Consumer (DGC) and, concerning personal data protection, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The distinctive trade names "PluriBrands" and "MultiGoods Unipessoal, Lda.", as well as the logos, domains, graphic interfaces, trademarks, and other visual identity elements, are the exclusive property of MultiGoods Unipessoal, Lda., and are either registered or in the process of registration with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) of Portugal and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Unauthorized use of these elements for commercial, advertising, or any other purposes constitutes an infringement of industrial property laws and may lead to civil and criminal liability.
